Whether a renovation or a new project, once construction commences, time is relentless as dozens of people can be on the job focused on their task.  The general CONTRACTOR/BUILDER strives to bring the architects ideas, the designers’ visions and the owner's expectations into one single assembly through the co-ordination of their selected tradesmen and craftsmen.

In the middle of this complex activity are the lighting decisions that are so visible when it is all done.  Our lighting consultants and Sales Support Department are there to help and make their number one priority the builder/contractor.  We offer a range of services that help make his or her job easier and more economical in total especially since the cost of fixtures is only part of the lighting costs.

While working with the owner, the architect, the electrical trade and the designer, we pay special attention to the contractor/builder's schedule and needs.  We are on site to discuss timetables, review lighting specifications and start assembling your order weeks before final completion so that as the final paint goes on, our delivery service starts arriving on time with the specified product so that when it is finished, the lighting fixtures are there to greet you!
