That’s our job in Service Operations. We continually monitor the orders from our illuminologists, pick the inventory or rush it in from one of our Western Canada Affiliates or special order from the factory. Orders are often pre-ordered and scheduled to meet job delivery dates and checked for accuracy, parts content and damage that may be present, often saving projects hundreds of dollars in lost time, electrical labour, frustration and delay costs.
